Research Integrity refers to the adherence to ethical principles and professional standards that ensure the credibility, accuracy, and transparency of research.  Research integrity has two primary objectives: to maintain the scientific nature of science and its ethics.It encompasses values such as honesty, accountability, fairness, and respect for intellectual property, colleagues, and participants involved in the research process. Maintaining research integrity involves conducting studies responsibly, accurately reporting findings, avoiding plagiarism or fabrication of data, and addressing conflicts of interest to uphold the trustworthiness of scientific endeavors. By fostering a culture of integrity, researchers contribute to the advancement of knowledge and ensure that their work benefits society while upholding ethical and moral responsibilities.
